About Nicholas
Real estate and finance have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up around construction sites, watching how homes are built and how real estate creates opportunity for families and investors alike. That early exposure led me to study real estate development and later earn a master’s degree in accounting—two disciplines that shaped the way I approach lending today.
As a Branch Manager with 15 years of mortgage experience and more than 2,000 loans closed, I help clients navigate financing with clarity and confidence. My work ranges from guiding first-time buyers through their first home purchase to structuring financing for experienced investors building real estate portfolios. Because every situation is different, I focus on understanding each client’s goals and matching them with the right strategy and loan solution.
